I placed an order in July 2016. Then in early November 2016 I randomly checked for other quotes on www.carwow.co.uk and found out that my dealership offered me the same car for £1,316 less than I had originally signed up for.
They honoured the price and I ended up paying the new price. However, they said it was because Mercedes changed the finance options between July and November and now the Mercedes deposit contribution was higher and the interest rate was lower, therefore my monthly payments reduced considerably and I saved that amount.
If I hadn't asked, they would have just kept the same deal.
So why not try asking your dealership for a quote, as if you were a new customer, and see what they tell you? Or simply ask them straight up about the new Mercedes financing options (if you bought it through finance). They should be able to honour the new prices.
