I'm ordering on Saturday, still trying to decide what options I want!!
Do you guys know if I can have Bi-Zenon headlights on there own and not part of the Premium package?

As far as I know you need to get the whole package. This seems a bit bad until you consider what you get for your bucks in each package, then you realise that they are actually very good value for money - very good indeed compared to the previous cost of MB extras

I went for all the packages except for the lane-assist and blind-spot one, and I don't regret my decision.

You can order intelligent light package which is option 621.

The packages still represent good value, so see what else you get in whatever package the lighting comes in these days.

I agree, the packages do look good for the money, however there are things in the packs I don't need and would rather have the ability to pick and choose the ones I ideally want.
Anyways, I should no later this afternoon as I am putting pen to paper!
