As i know many cars came with ports for CD changers. You can buy an adapter, it`s available for most of the popular models so you can easily plug into the CD changer port and add an Aux-in terminal. Just you need to know a year and a model of the car to know about all the options. I see you know it. Furthermore, many popular brands have got adapters that can work with factory-installed radios.
